Fidelity has written to members about new PlanViewer features that make it easier to manage all your Fidelity accounts – for example, you might have a DC Section account as well as a Bonus Choice account.
If you previously created a linked (master) account to join two or more accounts together, that’s been replaced with a new system that enables to you to view all your pensions via a single log-in, on both the web version of PlanViewer and now through the Fidelity PlanViewer app.
If you don’t currently have multiple accounts, nothing will change, but in the future, if you have more than one account, you’ll also be able to view these using this enhanced functionality.
Just follow the steps below to access your pensions:
- Log into planviewer.co.uk using the login details from one of your pensions, not your linked account details.
- You’ll see your accounts under the ‘View all Fidelity Accounts’ section, under the logout button.
- You will no longer need your linked account login.
